



About Wendy
At the age of three, Wendy embraced the teachings of her mother, an accomplished Classical pianist in South Korea. For the next six years she learned from her mother before enrolling as a student at the China Central
Conservatory of Music in Beijing, one of the world’s renowned institutions of classical music study. In later life, she would become a Professor of Music at the China Central Conservatory.
Her advanced studies included a number of master’s Classes from 40 world famous classical pianists including, Vladimir Davidovich Ashkenazy and Dr. Thomas Duis. She received her master’s degree while studying in Germany. She is also a recipient of the Solo Stage Pianist Diploma.
She is the recipient of Gold Medals at the New York Music Festival in 2010 and 2011. She has performed before close to 300 Heads of State with VIP presentations during the Beijing Olympics. At one point the late King of Tonga an excellent pianist himself, sent his private jet and flew Ms. Wen to his home so they could do a private classical session at his palace.
Ms. Wen is also a recognized and accomplished jazz pianist and teacher and has received recognition for the song Phoenix & Dragon that she wrote, produced and has performed across the globe.
